Account data: your name, email address, phone number, country and preferred currency, supplied when you register.
Verification data: government identification, proof of address and, where required, source-of-funds evidence.
Financial data: deposits, withdrawals, payout addresses, plan selections and transaction history.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited, collected to secure the service.
To operate your account, credit profit, process deposits and settle withdrawals.
To meet anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer obligations that apply to us as a financial services provider.
To detect and prevent fraud, account takeover and abuse of the referral program.
To provide support and, where you have opted in, to send product updates.
We rely on performance of our contract with you for account operation, on legal obligation for compliance checks and record retention, on legitimate interests for fraud prevention and service security, and on consent for marketing communications.
We share data with identity-verification providers, payment and blockchain infrastructure partners, and cloud hosting providers acting under contract on our instructions.
We disclose data to regulators or law enforcement only where legally compelled. We never sell personal data.
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Credentials are hashed, sensitive records are encrypted at rest, and access to production data is restricted and logged.
Two-factor authentication is available on every account and strongly recommended.
Account and transaction records are retained for the life of the account and for a minimum of five years after closure, as required by financial record-keeping rules. Technical logs are retained for a shorter period.
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion where no legal duty requires retention, restriction of processing, portability of the data you supplied, and withdrawal of marketing consent at any time.
