By creating an account with InfinitiveproExperts Ltd (company number 13699699), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

We may amend these terms as our services evolve. Material changes are notified by email and published on this page with a revised date.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to invest in digital assets in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local law, including tax reporting.

Accounts are personal. You may not open an account on behalf of another person without written authority, and you may not operate multiple accounts to obtain referral commission.

Identity verification is required before your first deposit or withdrawal is settled. We may request government-issued identification, proof of address and source-of-funds documentation.

We may suspend an account where verification is incomplete, where documents cannot be authenticated, or where activity is inconsistent with the stated purpose of the account.

Deposits are allocated to the plan selected at the time of funding. Each plan states its minimum and maximum amount, daily profit rate and duration. Those parameters are fixed for the life of that deposit.

Deposits made in cryptocurrency are credited after network confirmation. Bank transfers and gift-card redemptions are credited following verification, normally within one business day.

Profit accrues daily at the rate published for the relevant plan and is credited to your profit balance. Accrual begins when a deposit is confirmed and ends when its term completes.

Published rates are targets based on historical strategy performance. Markets are volatile and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed continuously. Crypto payouts are normally sent within minutes; network congestion or additional compliance checks may extend this.

We do not charge a platform withdrawal fee. Blockchain network fees are deducted from the amount sent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payout address you supply.

Commission is paid across four levels of referred deposits at 7%, 3%, 2% and 1% respectively, credited automatically once a referred deposit is confirmed.

Self-referral, fabricated accounts and incentivised sign-ups are prohibited and result in forfeiture of commission.

You may not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, nor attempt to interfere with our systems or access other users' data.

We cooperate with law-enforcement requests and may freeze funds where we are legally required to do so.

Trading digital assets and leveraged instruments carries substantial risk, including the risk of losing the capital you invest. Only invest funds you can afford to place at risk.

Nothing on this platform constitutes personal financial advice. Where you are unsure, seek independent professional guidance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.

We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including exchange outages, blockchain failures and extreme market dislocation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
